  1. Not to sound harsh, but, it was their time.
Michael Milkin, swindled hundreds of millions of dollars in the savings-and-loan scandall, in his lawyers plead a settlement where he paid about 250 million in fines, did no more than two years (if any) in jail, and lost his right to work as an investment banker. After paying his lawyers, government, and ‘others,’ he still walked away with nearly 200-400 million in his own pocket. Many families lost jobs, life savings in his back-room deals. For the past 10 years, he has also been a colon cancer survivor.
Similarly, Magic Johnson have lived with AIDS/HIV for the past 10 years. Magic is now one of the richest Blacks in America.
(I really can’t say anything negative about Magic as a businessman. He has built his business in the neighborhoods where banks won’t give loans to any other small businesses. He has shared his wealth with da ‘hood.’)
Oh, I almost forgot. The walking ‘heart disease’: Dick Cheney.
My point is, there are ‘sinners’ alive, while many others falling flat on their face. Their time had expired.

  2. I agree with the above sentiment. I have one more thing to say though – to all those people who “get away with murder”, their time will come, whether it’s in this world, or the next ……

  3. that’s fuckin horrible. that made my day even worse. oh well, i think it was their time to go, too. i think it was kinda weird, though, because if i survived the WTC bombing…in which 2 airplanes were hijacked and crashed into the worlds tallest building…uhm, i dont think i would be hoppin on any flights anytime soon. i live in arkansas…miilllllles away from new york, but i am still afraid to get on an airplaine since spet.11th. what the hell were they thinking? i can kinda relate to the person that was picking up their kid, but not to the guy on vacation.
    anywho…
