It happens sometimes. I run

It happens sometimes. I run out of things to write. I have nothing to say. No news to share. No pictures to show. That’s where the Topic Blog comes in from now on. So here goes:
How are you different from the person you portray in your blogs to the person you are in real life? Which one is the real you?
I wouldn’t say I was that different from how I come across. I want this site to reflect the real me. People I know often say they can imagine me saying the stuff that I write. Someone even said “You sound just like your blog!” Sometimes though I want to say things I wouldn’t necessarily say in real life and though I could be braver because of the anonymity factor here I don’t say them for whatever reason. That may well change very soon. I hope it does.

  1. I don’t have a blog, but, I have realized soon after I first logged onto the ‘net that I don’t translate well between typed-text to flesh-and-blood. I say the same things in both form, but people reading the typed-text expect ‘someone else’ in flesh-and-blood.

  2. that old identity debate… who we are versus who we want/aspire to be, who we are with different (sets of) people – it’s endless… sigh

  3. Me, myself and I……. :p
If I ever can figure out wot I am, then I will compare notes with wot I come across as and let you know.
Its not goin to be purty tho :p

  4. You come across as veeeeeery mysterious. I thought I was mysterious with lack of picture etc. but you surely beat me in that department 🙂

  5. I’m not sure whether i’m any different in real life vs. the blog, but i guess i’ll found out the day i bump into one of my readers.
