New Blog: Think Halal

Loving the new incarnation of Adnan’s Think Halal blog.

“think halal is deliberately devoid of description and context. It’s a cross between ffffound! and notcot and it’s sole intention is to provoke.”

Sugar Print

I saw this print over at Twig & Thistle yesterday and immediately bought one for myself. I mean, what’s not to like? It’s pretty, screen printed and depicts a dessert table and cupcakes. Perfect! I have no idea where I’m going to put it yet but I’m sure I’ll figure something out. I think it would be great in the kitchen or in a little girl’s bedroom.

Sexy, everything about you so sexy

“Is design a product of environment, or skill? Can you create originality in a fixed environment?
Is it skill that produces originality regardless of environment? We created nDecision as a fixed environment for you to test your hypothesis.”
Peer-to-Peer Review Project.
Views and observations of modern Japan.
To avoid your hair going green….again. (This girl‘s had more hair colour changes than I’ve had…umm nevermind.)
Jack Slattery, my new favourite illustrator. This one is my favourite.
This is where I’m going on my honeymoon. Next on my wedding checklist, find a willing groom.

I am the DJ

I’m organising the music for a party this weekend. Any song suggestions?
Meanwhile, a mini tour of Japanese art.
Elmer Fudd translates this web page. In fact the Cockney one is exactly what I sound like…init.
