There are plenty of publishing tools out there. If you’re just getting started I’d recommend Blogger, it’s very easy to set up. For more advanced users Greymatter is good but I’d recommend Moveable Type because it has oodles of great features. Those are the only three I’ve tried. What's a weblog/blog?
Aah the age old question. It’s different things to different people. Mine is just a journal filled with links to interesting things I find on the web and other bits and pieces.
